Mix together your cayenne pepper and paprika.
Stir in 2 tbsp of water. For best results, be sure the water is a temperature tea could steep in, which would be about 135F. Then set this aside for about five minutes so that it has time to cool.
Next, combine your plain yogurt, olive oil, vinegar, and tomato paste, with the rest of your spices to spice mixture in bowl. Be sure to whisk this thoroughly until smooth.
Then, add your garlic and lemon juice. Once this mixture is complete, cover your chicken and allow it to marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
Finally, you must set your grill (or heat your grill pan) to medium-high.
Skewer your marinaded chicken and season each with salt and pepper to taste.
Grill your chicken until the skin is golden brown and the meat is cooked all the way through. Be sure to turn your skewers occasionally and don’t allow anyone side to char. This should take about 10 to 12 minutes total.
When the grilling is done, you can transfer skewers to a serving plate or dish.
