Heat your veggie oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add your thinly-sliced onions and cook them until tender. This should take about 4 minutes. Next, add your Worcestershire sauce, cumin, chili powder, coriander, oregano and garlic salt.
Allow this to cook for one minute or more, stirring intermittently.
Now it’s time to add your beef. Cook it until it’s no longer pink, then break it up to ensure the meat is cooked through. This should take roughly 5 minutes.
Finally, gently stir in your tomatoes, hot sauce and 1/4 cup water. Bring this entire mixture to a gentle simmer. Reduce the heat and cook until the juices are slightly thick when stirring This should be about 5 to 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, warm the tortillas as the label directs. Fill with the beef mixture and top with garnishes.
