Healthy Meal Plans: Week 39

I can’t believe fall officially starts this weekend. Although I am ready for fall clothing, I am not ready to give up on summer flavors. To take advantage of the warm weather that is lingering, this week includes some great grilling recipes as well as plenty of fruits and veggies.

Now on to this week’s meal plan! It starts out with Breakfast Apple Crisp, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and Slow Cooker Chorizo Spiced Pulled Pork. Monday brings Spaghetti Squash and Meatballs and Tuesday is a Sheet Pan Asian Stir Fry. Wednesday is Grilled Sirloin Steak with Chimichurri and Thursday is Grilled Cilantro Lime Chicken. To end the week, meals include Blackened Tilapia and Pineapple Chicken Sausages.

Sheet Pan Asian Chicken and Vegetables: This easy one pan meal has all the flavors of a delicious stir-fry but is made on a sheet pan instead.

Sirloin Steak with Chimichurri: This meal can rival any restaurant steak and the chimichurri sauce makes it something special.
